With commanding views over the rooftops and the surrounding mountains, Casa Skyview is your place to relax in CB! This fabulous townhome is the home base for all of your adventures. With only a 5 minute walk to the slopes or hiking trails, and only a few minutes by car to town, the location couldn't be better.  During the winter season the shuttle even stops at the bottom of the driveway (routes and times change frequently. Always check current stops and times)

Pull into this 4 unit complex and park in the garage of Casa Skyview. Up the stairs you will find the comfortable great room with vaulted ceilings and commanding views.  Curl up next to the gas fireplace and watch the big game on TV, or just relax with a good book.  The fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops is efficiently designed so that steps are minimized so that you can serve up that great meal at the end of a busy day at the dining table with room for 6.  Also on this level is the master bedroom with King bed where you can lay in bed and take in the views of Mt Crested Butte before you start your day.  The master bath has a tub/shower combo with dual vanities and also serves as the powder bath for the living area.  

Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms, and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed with desk work area and the other has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and twin on top.  This room also has a desk, work area for those zoom calls and remote learning sessions.  

On the first level you will find a garage and laundry room should you have to do chores during your vacation.  With such great views out of almost every window, you may not want to leave Casa Skyview!
