The homeowners had been making a list of what comprised a dream house as they vacationed in this home for the last ten years. This summer that list came to life with the result being one of the most spectacular homes in Crested Butte! This special property is located within a short walking distance of all the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping that Crested Butte has to offer. At the same time, the private location will provide a great place to get away from it all and take in the INCREDIBLE views of Mt. Crested Butte and enjoy the private HOT TUB located down a flagstone path right on Coal Creek. You can end the day with a glass of wine while listening to the soothing sounds of a mountain stream.

Upon entering this home you can't help but notice the care and detail that went into the craftmanship. On the first floor there is a fantastic living room and office that help serve as a private retreat for the master suite. This room is equipped with it's own fireplace and large flat panel TV with surround sound. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a master bath with oversized steam shower and dual vanities. Watch TV on your large flat panel with full HD programming or open the door to the private deck and sleep to the sounds of Coal Creek.

On the second floor there is a wonderful gourmet kitchen with commercial grade appliances, granite countertops, and room for everyone to be a part of the action. The living and dining room are open to the kitchen creating a space in which to enjoy the beautiful views of Mt. Crested Butte through the floor to ceiling windows! This open living area is equipped with a large flat panel TV above the fireplace and a full home theater system with surround sound and full HD programming. In addition, there are two decks off the living area in which to enjoy those magnificent Crested Butte summers!

The third floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom functions as a second master with a king bed and large reading and office nook. This bedroom has a flat panel Sony TV as well with HD programming. The second bedroom has a queen bed and unbelievable views. And did we mention that all of the bedrooms have spa bathrobes for guests to enjoy the hot tub and relax.

There is an oversized, heated garage for all of your skis, bikes, and toys while here in paradise. Outside you will enjoy the brand new hot tub which is situated in a grove of willows down next the creek for privacy and the relaxing sound of water after a hard day skiing, hiking or just shopping. This property is amazing. The owners did a phenomenal job on the remodel. We stayed in this home nine years ago and were so pleased with the accommodations more so this time. They supply robes & slippers for hot tub, along with many other nice things. The master bathroom is wonderful. It has a double shower and steam abilities. Home has sonos sound system. The views make the home though. There is something to see from just about every window. Will never stay anywhere else in CB.

When I knew my family planned to meet in Crested Butte for Thanksgiving, I immediately looked to book this wonderful property. I had stayed there in years past, and this year's experience was equal to the last time. The management company, Iron Horse, worked with us for early check in and allowed us to stay on site a little past check out time to catch our ride back to Gunnison. The property was clean and had wonderful amenities. The view out the windows is spectacular, and the fact that it sits at the end of the street right next to a creek allows those spectacular views. I highly recommend 311 Teocalli.

For the last two decades I have rented properties in various Colorado mountain towns and in that time I have seen it all. Never have a enjoyed a property more then this one. The owner bio mentioned them spending the last ten years working to perfect a vacation rental and I honestly believe that to be the case after staying in this beautiful home. No detail has been left behind. The house is spotless in everyway and I can be very critical in this regard. If I were to buy this home I would literally just move my clothes in and bring groceries and call it good. The furnishings are warm and comfortable and so very tastefully done. The kitchen is awesome and stocked with a wide array of condiments and seasonings that I usually just do with out so as not to have to buy them while on vacation for a short period of use. The laundry room has everything you need to maintain your wardrobe and every bathroom is appointed with very nice soaps, shampoo, conditioners, and lotions not to mention adequate storage for toothbrushes, etc. I also consider the location to be ideal. You are two blocks from trails for running, hiking, and biking and two blocks off of Elk street where all the action is yet the house backs up to a creek on a cul-de-sac and is immensely quite and peaceful. Once I arrived at the home there was no further need to drive which was a huge bonus. I would love to keep this property a secret but I want the owners to know that they have exceeded my critical standards in everyway! Thank You!

My first priority in booking a vacation home is location and this place is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to town but have the feeling of being out of town, if that makes any sense! The house is less than a five minute walk from the main drag in CB but it backs up to a beautiful little creek that provides wonderful water sounds and views of the mountains. The several decks provide opportunities to enjoy both and there is a fabulous grill on the second floor deck off the spectacular kitchen and comfortable den. We grilled steaks and cooked one night and enjoyed having absolutely everything we needed available and easy to locate. We had gone to City Market in Gunnison to shop for food when we landed and it's a very well-stocked store unless you are looking for local game. Never occurred to me they wouldn't have elk! Steaks were great though. The house itself is extremely well maintained and the decor is updated, quality, and very tasteful. There are two Master suites - one on the first floor with a large office/den space and a huge bathroom and closet, and one on the third floor almost as big! There is one other bedroom on the third floor that is smaller but not uncomfortably so. Lots of DirecTV channels on flat screen TVs in the den and Masters. Bathtub in the bath on the third floor - shower pressure excellent and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed staying here and will hopefully be back. We have already recommended it to friends and family. We just got back, so we were there in he summer and enjoyed riding the ski lifts on the mountain and white water rafting with Three River Outfitters. All the restaurants are awesome. My favorite breakfast was Paradise Cafe but you can't go wrong with any of them. Very charming town, lots of outdoor activities, and calming atmosphere if you just want to hang out. Great vacation, great vacation home!!

The Teocalli property is wonderful, clean, and has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed cooking and relaxing in front of the fireplace with the fabulous views of the mountains from every angle. The proximity to Downtown made it easy to get around and bus stop to mountain two blocks away.
