The staff is extremely accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. They always go the extra step to make our stay outstanding. We have used Ironhorse on three separate occasions in Crested Butte and theyalways exceeded our expectations!

The Grand Villa was absolutely amazing! A short five minute walk from the slopes, this villa is in a perfect location for those interested in making the most of a day in the slopes. Amenities like a hot tub overlooking the slopes and heated floors added the extra touch to make our stay a perfect 10!

Your team was truly outstanding. Very responsive and helpful. We had travel disruptions on our planned arrival and they worked with us and were understanding and accommodating. If I ever needed Steve, he responded within minutes. Fantastic customer service.

Another guest said it in a reviewthe property is perfection. The large windows in the house make you feel as though youre in a tree house. A short walk takes you to trails, the bus stop, the Rec Path, restaurants, bike rentals, Slate River, etc. With two living areas and several TVs your group can enjoy separate spaces or gather in the larger of the two living areas downstairs. The decks are great for people watching and listening to Coal Creek. The home is rock solid and beautifully furnished. If any of those things is important to you, book this property!

This was a beautiful, comfortable, homey property. The kitchen was excellently stocked with everything you could want. The property was located in a quiet, spacious neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Bobby came over the first day to get our TV's up and running. He was great! Friendly courteous and stayed for awhile as we talked about skiing! He was the only staff member that we met face to face. If the rest of the staff is in Bobby's mold you've got a great staff!
