We love Crested Butte and this is the best house weve stayed in, by far.

Jennifer went above and beyond to see about getting the toilet fixed. It was out of order for two days which was inconvenient but they managed to get it working before we left.

Beautiful property. Everything about our stay was easy and top notch.

The Iron Horse team was very easy to work with.

We had another great stay at 821 Sopris.

Our family and daughters were super excited and happy with the Christmas Tree setup for our arrival, thank you. Also, the condo did not have humidifiers or locker keys. We called guest services and this was corrected the next day. I do not remember the man's name who brought the humidifiers and keys to our room but he was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, we were very pleased with the property and would stay there again. Very well appointed, clean, great mountain views. Hot tub was always at a nice hot temperature. Grills are in a great location. Heated garage a plus. Just a minor constructive criticism. the noise level from people above was quite high as they and their children were constantly walking around in their ski boots. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very well outfitted.

Iron Horse Property Management was excellent to work with, everything was well organized. I received communication from their office regarding local activities as well as directions, and check in and check out procedures. I would highly recommend them simply because of their efficiency!

103 Tincup property was perfect for our family of 9. The house is in excellent condition, was well equipment with basic + needs , and was as described (no surprises). We would definitely stay again!!!

Our family of 9 stayed in this wonderful home. Kitchen was well equipped for making Thanksgiving dinner. Warm and cozy... loved the fireplace and the hot tub. Perfect place to return to after skiing! Thanks
