Iron Horse Properties were very responsive when we had questions. They even offered to have the maintenance crew come over and take the trash to the curb for us on trash day. We stayed in a lower unit of a house and there were a lot of steps to take the trash can up, we managed but appreciated that they offered to help me.

Iron Horse Properties is wonderful to rent from. We stayed in a lower unit of a house, and it was perfect. We were just off the beaten path of the main road into town, but it was still very quiet and pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the views. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. Knives were sharp and the pots and pans were great. I cook on vacation, so I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen! Short walk to get the bus stop for the shuttle into town. Best part is that it was dog friendly, and we plan to bring her next time!

We only communicated via text or email. There was one phone call regarding kitchen amenities and the member was very friendly and helpful. Spoke to a member who was picking up trash the morning we left and he was very pleasant and gave us instruction on the trash/recycle left in the receptacles.

Thank you again for a fantastic stay in this 'beyond beautiful' setting and home. Everyone raved about the accommodations. The wildflowers were spectacular!! Took a beautiful hike on Wednesday, and it was easy enough for all levels. We will have very fond memories of this getaway! Our jeep tour with JJ Jeeps was icing on the cake. Amazing!!

Superiorly clean property with all the amenities desired. Spacious for all in our party. Peaceful neighborhood. Hot tub was a bonus!

The property was nicely appointed with every kitchen item you would need and a great clean BBQ to grill our farmers market veggies and fish from the local market. Bedding was thoughtfully curated for a home lux feel. Plenty of pillows to choose from, as that can make or break a good nights rest.

The directions for check in and out were very organized. They also respond to inquiries quickly.

We loved our stay, and we will choose it again if ever we go back in Crested Butte. It was definitely worth it. The views were nice, close to downtown area, the neighborhood was quiet, the space is wide enough, and it also has a garage so no need to worry about parking.

We met with Chad upon check-in and he showed us around the property. He was very friendly and patient and answered all of our questions. I did send some questions via text to both Chad and the Iron Horse text number(?) and both responded promptly. Very helpful. It made us feel more at ease knowing we were in good hands and that help was just a phone call away, if needed.

The property was beautiful and clearly well maintained. Iron Horse did a great job making the guest (us) feel at home and safe. They answered my questions after hours which made me feel more comfortable staying in another person's house, especially a house as beautiful and large as this one. Iron Horse exceeded my expectations in terms of property management (and guest management). Thank you for a great trip to Crested Butte!
