I was able to communicate with your team members via text during our stay. We had people arriving at different times and had to notify your team to get our vehicles registered for permit parking and they were great responding after business hours.

We stayed at your Top of the Elk property. We absolutely loved the place and location in Crested Butte. Everything was just lovely, from the moment we walked in. It is nicely decorated and cozy. All the shopping, restaurants and bars are just a walk down the street, it so conveniently located. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for having us:)

Very turn key experience. Staff was easy to communicate with. Instructions were easy and simple.

Peaceful, clean, cozy, warm. Plenty of space for all our family and friends. Had everything we could possibly need. Easy to find our way in the kitchen. Beautiful location, quiet and private. Easy drive to get anywhere we wanted to go.

Jennifer and Clay were outstanding in answering our questions about a pack and play at the house. I think Jennifer actually went over to the property to make sure there was one there. Just over the top customer focus.

The property was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and had a fantastic view! The layout was perfect for our party of 5. The primary bedroom with bath was great for grandparents and upper bedrooms shared a large bathroom which was great for my husband and me and our 21 year old son. The appliances were top quality- we ended up making breakfast and lunch each day. Beds were comfy and linens and towels plentiful! Check in and check out could not have been easier! Nothing negative at all about this property. We had an excellent time!

This is our second stay at 1203 Columbine in Crested Butte. Its the perfect spot for our fam. At this point it feels like home away from home. We love the gazebo and hot tub access as well as the location. Quiet, friendly, close to it all. Its the perfect spot!
