Everything was set up via email well before arriving. Only called once due to a dead vehicle and someone showed up immediately to give us a jump. Could not have asked for anything more!

Our stay in Crested Butte at Maroon Bells was first class. The property was furnished well and comfortably and everyone was happy with the accommodation. The location was perfect with the main street just steps away. I would highly recommend this property.

Steve was so very helpful in assisting me with the appropriate property to meet my family vacation needs. Steve provided helpful hints and places to eat, shop and when reservations should be made in advance. He came and checked in with us our first night and brought us a pack play for our use, as we brought our grandbaby with us, and ensured all our questions were answered regarding our stay and the property.

The Coal Creek Cabin was beyond our expectations. The pictures don't compare to the true experience of staying in this cabin . It is exactly the type of cozy, warm, homey cabin that you would want to share with your friends and family over the Christmas holiday. All amenities needed are provided, attention to detail and furnishings was first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and will likely do so again. This was our first time to CB and a very memorable holiday vacation.

Steve was wonderful and very helpful with UPS deliveries, snow removal. If I could get this part of the questionnaire to work, I would rate everything as EXCELLENT. We stayed at another place in town and find Iron Horse to be unquestionably the best.

Wonderful to have all equipment in abundance. Windows were immaculate to highlight the stupendous views and everything worked superbly.

Coal Creek Cabin was perfect for our group. Comfy and right in town. For those wanting water flowing off the deck it is delightful.

We have been renting properties in CB for 15+ years, this being the first through IHPM. Your team was friendly and helpful, reservations were made with ease. Our family found it necessary to make a one day change in our arrive/depart days and your staff quickly and happily accommodated our needs.

We loved the proximity of this property, being at the top of the mountain offered a more quiet and peaceful stay. The unobstructed views cannot be beat. Our family enjoyed daily mountain bike rides (right from the front door) and many evening games of pool and shuffle board. The only thing missing was a hot tub, which would be a real added bonus for winter stays! Thanks for a fabulous week!

Thank you for your follow up phone call and email. We had a great girls trip - 12 women and NO drama! We did great rides and had a great time supporting your sales tax base! Tim did a great job catering - the food was great and we had left overs that lasted us for the next 2 days. The Ginger Cafe was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I wish we had something that great here in Steamboat! Looks like we will have to visit CB again just to go back.

The house was great and the hot tub was not an issue. I work in property management so I know what it is like for someone to call and have issues. The only feedback I would have to the owner is that there is not enough seating for the table and the extra chairs are a bit big to fit so when we had 12 people, it was a bit crammed but we made it work. The beds were comfy and the rooms were ample. It was a great little house! Thank you again for reaching out. You guys are top notch and i would recommend you to anyone visiting CB.
