As stated earlier, I was very impressed with Jennifer - in our e-mail communications, in our phone conversations, and her "follow-through" of our issue with the Wi-Fi at the cottage.

I don't have anything else to add to my previous comments. We were very pleased with our stay. Well done!!!!

We loved the Anthracite house! Beautiful, spacious for two families, and perfect location! Steve at Iron Horse is the nicest and most professional person you could possibly ask for!! He made our experience the five star that it was!! He handled every phone call or question we had so fast that whatever the issue was..it was solved in 5 minutes!! I have never seen service like that anywhere!! Thank you Steve for making our vacation so perfect!!! You truly were awesome to deal with!! WE will request a house that you service from now on!!

My rental experience with iron horse was very seamless. The property was easily booked over the phone and any question I had was gladly answered right then and there. Check in and check out went just as expected. While staying at the property I was able to get in touch with someone quickly to answer a question that I had.

Our stay at Meridian Ridge was wonderful. The property is simply amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and all the amenities of home. The steam shower in the master bedroom was perfect after a long day of skiing. My visiting family from back east was blown away with the gorgeous views from this property. Waking up to Mt Crested Butte right out your window is breathtaking.

It was a very easy friendly and quick process.

The property was Great! We loved the fact that the house was stacked with wood so we could have a fire every evening. In addition the kitchen had all the appliances we needed and the views from the house were beautiful. We definitely want to return!

We really didn't require any help from the staff (other than figuring out the lock box on the door). This place had everything we needed.

This place was incredible! I've been to several "ski in/ski out" resorts and this one is the only one that truly lives up to such a title. We walked down the steps and put on our skis. Then we skied DOWN to the lift (did not have to use poles). When we ended the day, we skied DOWN to the lodge. It was amazing.

Iron Horse was fabulous to deal with...very professional and available 24 hrs a day in case of issues.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved the ski in ski out availability. It made lunches and breaks so easy. The kitchen was well equipped and appliances clean and operating normally. The bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. There were enough beds for all and they were comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The house was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we had problems with was the coffee maker and one lamp didnt work. Otherwise everything was great! MANAGER RESPONSE I apologize you had some trouble with the coffee maker. The coffee maker has been replaced and the lamp has been repaired. Please let us know anytime you are in one of our properties if everything isn't perfect. We strive to make each guest's stay memorable.

The home we rented was in an absolutely PERFECT location! Just a few minutes to walk to the shuttle to ski Mt Crested Butte, a quick walk into town with shops and restaurants, and beautiful views out of every window. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the bathrooms had numerous fluffy towels, (not to mention the towel heater in the upstairs bathroom!), the steam shower was a huge bonus, and we spent lots of time in the hot tub on the deck. Everything was comfortable and cozy, and sharing with another family was no problem at all. There was plenty of space for all of us. A great stay in a perfect setting.

This house is a hidden jewel of Crested Butte. We have used Iron Horse many times and have always had a great experience and this was no exception. Our family of 6 was extremely comfortable in this house and we really enjoyed the set up of the living rooms and the kitchen. Sometime you can be spread out and not even see each other and this lay out allows for a togetherness that created memories that are priceless. Thank you for the great place to stay while on our ski trip.

We loved everything from the ease of check in with the lockbox to the leather bound instruction book inside the house and the luxury soaps/shampoos/toiletries were delightful!

We will be back. We loved that there were 2 high chairs as well as crib/pack-and-play available for kiddos and plenty of space to fit our group. The hot tub was well maintained and we loved the new patio/porch furniture as it was nearly 60 and Sunny for our Feb ski trip.

Camp Belleview is perfectly accommodating as everything you need for enjoying your stay is at your fingertips, from a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area to the living room. The living room has a cozy fireplace and amazing views. The bedrooms are cozy with super-comfy beds. It is a short walk to catch the shuttle for a quick ride into Crested Butte and the slopes; which is so nice because at the end of the day you can get away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, an amazing experience!!!!!

Our family loves this house. It is like a home away from home. So comfortable and inviting. We could relax there and the view is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! We will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
